Hybrid Plan Review Services
Local City USA requires both hard copy paper plans, as well as the electronic copies of plans, to be submitted for the following city plan reviews:
Planning Commission Reviews
- Architectural and Zoning Commission Reviews
- Residential Construction Permits
- Commercial Construction Permits
- Deck / Fence / Swimming Pool Permits
- Signage Permits
Hybrid Plan Review Services offer increased productivity to the city by reducing the number of hardcopy sets of plans while expediting the Information Management requirements for supporting the electronic copies of this same information.
SE Blueprint/Plancycle has been engaged to support the city's hybrid plan review needs. Files uploaded to the city will be reviewed for proper document control and formatting by SE Blueprint / Plancycle. Once the information has been properly coordinated, required hard copy documents (specific to the application being submitted) must be printed from the approved information.
